This structured strength session focuses on improving overall fitness, confidence and resilience. Exercises are carefully taught with attention to technique, making the class suitable for beginners, returners and anyone wanting supportive training.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via the website. This helps us manage class sizes and ensure a supportive experience for everyone. Cancellations If you can’t attend a class, please cancel as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be transferred to another class, subject to availability. Missed classes are non-refundable. Arriving to Class Please arrive a few minutes early so sessions can start on time. If you’re new or returning to fitness, let us know — you’ll be fully supported. Health & Safety You take part at your own pace. Exercises can always be adapted, and there’s no pressure to keep up. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please inform the instructor before the session. Respect & Community Our classes are friendly, inclusive and supportive. Everyone is expected to respect others and contribute to a positive group environment.
