Who I am
I’m Amelia, an anxiety coach and wellbeing practitioner, supporting children, young people and adults to better understand anxiety and feel more in control of their lives.

My approach is practical and compassionate, focusing on simple tools that can be used in everyday life.
I work with individuals, families and organisations, and use evidence-informed approaches including the STILL method. My focus is always on helping people feel calmer, more confident and supported.
